ABSTRACT
A teoria psicanalítica elege o processo vincular como eixo estruturante do psiquismo, destacando um tipo especial de vínculo emocional, a transferência, que se estabelece entre analista e paciente, como viga mestra do processo analítico. Este estudo tem por objetivo apresentar um relato de experiência clínica que descreve o processo terapêutico de um adulto jovem, colocando em foco a análise do vínculo transferencial na perspectiva da Psicanálise das Configurações Vinculares. O paciente buscou atendimento psicológico queixando-se de sintomas de ansiedade, com manifestações repentinas de taquicardia e apneia, especialmente quando submetido a situações de maior estresse. Ao longo do processo terapêutico, o vínculo terapêutico pôde se fortalecer e a confiança no psicoterapeuta foi progressivamente incrementada e tonificada, tornando possível sustentar o desenvolvimento gradual de condições emocionais que abriram possibilidades de o paciente se reconhecer nas relações significativas que constituíam sua trama vincular, o que suscitou mudanças nos vínculos.
Psychoanalytic theory chooses the linking process as the structuring axis of the psyche, highlighting a special type of emotional relationship (transference) between a therapist and a patient, as the mainstay of the analytic process. This study aims to present an experience report that describes the therapeutic process of a young adult, focusing on the analysis of the transference link from the perspective of bonding configurations. The patient sought psychological care complaining of anxiety symptoms, with sudden manifestations of tachycardia and apnea, especially when subjected to situations of greater stress. Throughout the therapeutic process, the therapeutic link strengthened and confidence in the psychotherapist became progressively increased and toned, making it possible to sustain the gradual development of emotional conditions that opened up possibilities for the patient to recognize in the meaningful relationships that constituted their emotional connections, which led to changes in the linkings.

Este estudio tiene por objetivo presentar un relato de experiencia clínica que describe el proceso terapéutico de un adulto joven, poniendo en foco el análisis del vínculo transferencial desde la perspectiva de las configuraciones vinculares. El paciente buscó atención psicológica quejándose de síntomas de ansiedad, con manifestaciones repentinas de taquicardia y apnea, especialmente cuando se sometió a situaciones de mayor estrés. A lo largo del proceso terapéutico, el vínculo terapéutico pudo fortalecerse y la confianza en el psicoterapeuta fue progresivamente incrementada y tonificada, haciendo posible sostener el desarrollo gradual de condiciones emocionales que abrieron posibilidades de que el paciente se reconoció en las relaciones significativas que constituían su trama vincular, que suscitó cambios en los vínculos.
